Bloomington-based band Crossroads Quintet presents their debut album 'Intertwined' featuring a collection of stellar young musicians on the scene today: Zachary Finnegan (trumpet), Tyler Bauer (saxophone), Austin Thomas (piano), Brendan Keller-Tuberg (bass) and Jameson Scriver (drums).

Though this band comes from all over the country (and world), their paths intertwined in Bloomington, IN from 2018-2020. This record is a document of their lives together during that period, and a testament to their impact on each other as they continue forth.

Following Crossroads’ release of their EP 'Meeting Ground' (2019) which gave a hint of the immense versatility of the group, Intertwined highlights the differing strengths of the musical voices within the group whilst bringing them together in a cohesive musical journey larger than the sum of its parts. The album unapologetically highlights each performer and composer in the group and spans from straight-ahead swing to the avant-garde, pop and everything in-between.
